Special sources confirmed to Al-Sabah Al-Yemeni, the death of Sudanese forces commander in Midi front, because of the army and popular committees targeted their gatherings with artillery bombardment. According to the source, the commander was holding a colonel rank. The source stated that, more than 19 Sudanese forces were killed during this operation and 45 others were wounded. Khartoum has accused the Islah group of treason that caused such heavy and continuous losses in the Midi border with Saudi Arabia.
