Saudi warplanes launched more than 20 airstrikes against residential areas in the northwestern Hajjah province, killing and injuring scores of people.
Early on Monday, Saudi military aircraft bombed Midi district in Hajjah, inflicting major losses on civilian areas there, Saba news agency reported.
Separately, the kingdom’s fighter jets bombarded Sirwah district in Yemen’s Ma’rib overnight and claimed the lives of a number of innocent people in the central province.
