A security source said that armed gunmen have attacked a security checkpoint in Haddah street، Al-Mesbahi round، in the capital Sana’a.
The security source clarified that two members of security and people’s committee have martyred due to the attack.
The source pointed that the armed men escaped to one of the buildings in the area .. While the security forces surrounded the area and arrested them immediately.
This came in the time that some websites and social media circulated the news of violent clashes between Houthis forces and Saleh and alleged that the attack has continued until now.
In the meantime, the reporter of Al-Sabah Al-Yemeni has confirmed the ending of the confrontation and stability returned to the area.
