Mohammed bin Salman begs Russian president to save him from the Yemeni crisis

Before Mohammed bin Salman leaves Saudi Arabia for Moscow, he expressed that the axis of the trip is to examine the crisis in Yemen and to end the country’s civil war.

These remarks, which Saudi news agency SPA stated citing Muhammad bin Salman about the reason for his visit to Russia, indicate that the kingdom’s ability to deal with Yemeni revolutionaries has ended and Saudi Arabia is facing serious crises in proxy war.

Therefore, Mohammed bin Salman, the Saudi defense minister, has to accept Trump’s suggestion in his recent trip to preserve his prestige and the pillars of his power in Saudi Arabia, and to silence critics inside and outside. Trump suggested Russia shall mediate between Iran and Saudi Arabia to satisfy Tehran for ending the crisis in Yemen.
