The Houthi forces launched a new assault in northern Yemen, targeting the Saudi-backed units at their military bases in Jabal Al-Hawl and Jabal Al-Qarn. Houthi fighters managed to break-through the front lines of the Hadi loyalists this afternoon, killing and wounding several fighters from the latter as they advanced inside the Nihm District of Sana’a.
Pictures released by the official media wing of the Houthi forces, showed scores of Saudi-backed fighters dead because of their attack. The Houthi forces are now trying to clear the mercenaries’ pockets in the Nihm District and clear the western axis of the Mareb Governorate.
