It seems that the battles of the eastern side of Taiz city will remain unchanged, between hit and run, where pro-legitimacy forces failed to control the Republican Palace to retreat from the walls of the palace to the Yemeni central bank building that were seized it earlier.
Military analysts clarified that, the seizing battle of the republican palace has drained many of pro-Hadi soldiers. Confirming that about 14 officers and soldiers from the 22 Mika brigade that led by the brigadier, Sadeq Sarhan, and the brigade of Saleek led by Al-Hasan Ben Ali, were killed due to the attack on the republican palace.
According to militaries, the battle of the presidential palace represented a major drain to the legitimate forces. That has enabled Sana’a forces to control the battle and cause heavy losses in the 22nd Brigade.
