The Department of Foreign Affairs of the British Foreign Office, in cooperation with the Commonwealth Department of the FCO, has created a list of the names of 30 countries, which believes that these countries lack many human rights organizations and there is no democracy and the situation is getting worse by the day.

Although in the past two years the British government has issued arms sales to 22 of these countries and the value of those weapons Britain has sold to these countries is estimated at more than £ 4.1 billion.
