Military soldiers demanding their salaries, on Tuesday, have cut the main roads near to Aden International Airport.
Protesters ignited the fire on tires and put stones in the middle of the road to prevent vehicles from passing. The protests of the southern, aimed at pressuring the government of President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi, to meet their obligations and promises made earlier through media statements to pay their salaries of two months in the military and security sectors, before Eid al-Adha, which has not happened until today.
Hadi’s government has been silent about the inability to pay the salaries of the military for more than three months. It is noteworthy that the demonstrations are almost daily in the streets of the temporary capital Aden, which demands salaries of employees and retirees, in light of the continued absence of the government of Hadi and the ministers of Ben Dajr in Riyadh for a long time.
