The head of revolutionary committee, Mohamed Ali Alhouthi, directed his invitation to the pilgrims calling them to sit-in peacefully on the Arafah day, in order to condemn the war of Saudi Arabia on Yemen.
His invitation came when he was delivering a word in front of the tribes mass in Hamdan square under the line ” support battle fronts”. Observers expected that this invitation would raise the anxiety of Saudi authorities who organize Hajj, in conjunction with reports confirming the contacts between Al-Houthi’s and Qatar, in order to coordinate with the pilgrims to sit-in.
This call comes in light of the Hajj crisis, which broke out recently where Qatar asks to internationalize its supervision in return to Saudi complaints of politicizing Hajj.
